Quality assurance

In order to guarantee a continually high quality standard, a good laboratory is not enough. All processes must be orientated with this aim in mind. The purchase must be enabled by constantly reliable deliverers, product development must work with suitable, standardised recipes and production techniques and technology must be of the highest level.

This however only works when each co-worker sees his responsibility to contribute to and attain the highest quality.

This creates high demands on the internal management of a company. Josera products have passed every DLG (German Agricultural Society) test in the last 19 years without one single complaint. This is obvious proof that the Quality control management of Josera meets these demands with ease.

Nevertheless all incoming raw materials and all semi-final products, as well as all final products are check constantly by the fully equipped laboratory.

German Agricultural Society (DLG)

The DLG (German Agricultural Society) is the most important, independent German agricultural institution.
It awards the DLG recommendation to products that meet their high quality control demands.

Every product can be registered with the DLG and is then tested unannounced several times from samples from customers, distributors and producers. The declared contents are inspected and checked.

Since 1986 till 2007 Josera has received not any single complaint from these controls. This is unique in the entire feed industry and proves that quality control is high priority for Josera. So we are now over nineteen years without any complaints.

Open Declaration

Josera voluntarily declares the recipes of its mineral feeds and milk replacers. That means that the customer knows every single component of the mixture and its percentage content. Josera sees this as an important contribution to achieving transparency and trust in animal nutrition products. When there is nothing to hide, everything can be open and laid on the table and the customer quite rightly knows exactly what he is paying for.

Josera is one of only few companies, which wright the total composition on the bags of Josera mineral feeds, milk replacers and other feed products.

ISO 9001

Josera is certified according to the DIN (German Institute for Standardization) ISO 9001 standard. This controls the regulation of all processes and makes sure that high reliability is consistent.

Furthermore the company is certified according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control points) concept. Regular controls done by independent companies check the compliance with HACCP in all production facilities of Josera.

Other Josera Certificates

In order to enable the farmers to offer their products on the markets successfully, they have to proof a constant quality chain from the feed production until the end consumer. Therefore Josera has certified its products according to the most important and known standards lik QS and others. Regular controls ensure a constant product quality in accordance with certified regulations.

Organic-Certificate

Josera gets this certificate because we produce organic agricultural products according to the statement (EG) Nr. 834/2007 and (EG) 889/2008.
